This particular equinox is always about the balancing of forces and the choices we make regarding our lives going forward. As always the events of the preceding quarter set the tone for events to take place in the quarter before us. On the surface the astrology for this Libra quarter appear to be easier and indicative of greater grace in world matter. But looks can be deceiving, as we know. For more, read on\u2026<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">From the last quarter we had the release of Julian Assange after a plea deal with the US, the Hajj disaster (1300 people died of heat stroke), the 2024 Dagestan terrorist attacks in Russia, two attempts of Trump\u2019s life, Starmer was \u2018elected\u2019 in the UK general election, there was a global IT outage, the summer Olympics happened in France (amid much mockery and controversy), the French \u2018elections\u2019 were held (which were basically annulled by Macron), Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran, the Kursk invasion by the Ukrainians took place (which turned into disaster for them), we saw the worst flooding in Europe since 2010, and the pager explosions in Lebanon took everyone by surprise. There was much more, of course, but these were the main well-known events. What was forecast for that quarter, then?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/2024\/06\/18\/the-cancer-solar-ingress-2024\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The main forecast for the Cancerian quarter<\/span><\/a> was for \u201ca testing and trying time for the masses.\u201d Events in West Asia weighed foremost on the hearts and minds of the world public. In addition, outlined in more detail below, we had:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">a real crossroads moment wherein there will be no turning back for any person or group (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2024_Kursk_offensive\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Kursk offensive<\/span><\/a> was a <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/simplicius76.substack.com\/p\/medley-report-bilderberg-news-turkey\">prime example<\/a><\/span>, as well as Biden ending his run for the White House)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">more censorship in our Western media (the efforts to ban TikTok, the new UK Online Safety Act, strong-arming Telegram, etc. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.com\/tag\/censorship\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">See here<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">probably will not see an end to the genocide this quarter (still ongoing)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">facts coming to light, as well as attempts to obscure the same (unreported facts from the wars in West Asia and Ukraine by independent sources and the role in legacy media of suppressing the same, for instance)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">stock markets to hit record highs (<a href=\"https:\/\/markets.businessinsider.com\/news\/stocks\/stock-market-flashes-bullish-signal-suggesting-record-highs-this-summer-2024-5\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">they did<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">innovation, revolutionary ideas, creative people coming to fore (Advances in AI are exploding. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Timeline_of_computing_2020%E2%80%93present#2024\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">See here<\/span><\/a>.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">With these points in mind we go to the chart for the quarter. The chart for the Libra ingress of the Sun into Libra is below (<a href=\"http:\/\/malvinartley.com\/PDF%20Files\/charts\/libra_ingress24.jpg\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">bigger<\/span><\/a>):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1351\" height=\"669\" class=\"wp-image-2714 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/word-image-2713-1.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/word-image-2713-1.png 1351w, https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/word-image-2713-1-300x149.png 300w, https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/word-image-2713-1-1024x507.png 1024w, https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/word-image-2713-1-768x380.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">On the surface this chart looks to be far more favourable than recent ingress charts. But looks can be deceiving, starting with the Sun opposite Neptune, speaking of deceiving. The Sun is the focal point of a 3<sup>rd<\/sup> harmonic kite, part of a Grand Trine with Pluto at one point and a Moon\/Uranus conjunction at the other point of the Grand Trine. The \u2018dish\u2019 of the kite has Neptune sextile to the other two points, projecting and\/or receiving the energies of the Sun, reminiscent of a satellite dish. From here the chart and what it portends starts to become interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">This ingress follows upon the full moon that took place four days before, which was also a partial lunar eclipse. The effects shown in the eclipse will color the entire Libra quarter. It will be one of intensive and dramatic change. The latter is indicated in this chart by Ceres far out-of-bounds (OOB), opposite Mars (military turning points, change of season in public perceptions) and with Mars and Ceres on opposite sides of the nodal axis, denoting strong tensions in relationships of all sorts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">Mars and Pluto are in contra-parallel, within a second of arc, an explosive combination and signalling possible use of brute force. Both planets are at the extreme boundaries of declination, thus heightening the combination. Then there are a couple of midpoints worth noting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">By 45\u00b0 modulus we see Neptune at the Mars\/Saturn midpoint:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>Nep=Mars\/Sat<\/strong>: \u201cWeak vitality, an insufficient power to tackle resistance or any obstacles in one&#8217;s path-way of life. &#8211; <strong>Waning powers and weakening efforts<\/strong>, self-torment, the undermining of the vitality (through poison, gas or an epidemic). &#8211; <strong>A mysterious death, a grievous and grave loss<\/strong>.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">We also see Saturn and Pluto in semisquare, both of them at the Sun\/Moon midpoint. That midpoint is actually a sextile, otherwise portending favourable outcomes. But with Saturn and Pluto semisquare, the normal luck we would see from the Sun\/Moon trine is somewhat hardened:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>Sat\/Plu<\/strong>: \u201c+ Tenacity and toughness, endurance, the capability to make record efforts of the highest possible order, the ability to perform the most difficult work with extreme self-discipline, self-denial and renunciation. &#8211; Magicians and adepts.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">&#8211; A hard and unfeeling disposition also cold-heartedness, severity, tendency to violence, a fanatical adherence to one&#8217;s principles once they have been adopted. A martyr. Violence. (Mass murderer).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">We will likely see this across the spectrum of human events. But coupled with all the above, we have a rather interesting dynamic for the quarter:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">On the one hand we see the kite configuration mentioned above bringing about fortunate outcomes, sparked by inspiration (Sun\/Neptune) and pressure from the masses (Moon\/Uranus). The Sun as focal point of the kite brings the focus upon leadership (Sun). But with the underlying more tense and even brutal indications in the chart, there will likely be events that shock the public and leaders into taking firmer action against recalcitrant and violent people and measures. Gaza comes to mind, as does Ukraine. What can we expect, then?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">To gain insight into what is to come we need the context of the last quarter. <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/malvinartley.com\/blog.malvinartley.com\/2024\/06\/18\/the-cancer-solar-ingress-2024\/\">We had this from a general overview<\/a><\/span>, in bold, with the results following, as noted but in more detail from above:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>We can expect more censorship in our Western media<\/strong>: Deplatforming of major independent journalists, YouTube bans, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/freedom.press\/news\/from-bylines-to-behind-bars-journalists-arrested-covering-protests\/\">arrests of or legal actions against independent journalists<\/a><\/span> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifj.org\/media-centre\/news\/detail\/category\/press-releases\/article\/uk-ifj-and-nuj-concerned-over-24-hour-arrest-of-journalist-richard-medhurst-using-terrorism-legislation\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Medhurst<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #993300;\">, <a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/us\/fbi-searched-homes-two-americans-with-ties-russian-state-media-2024-08-22\/\">Ritter and Simes<\/a>, <a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fQlLfYsxBWQ\">Sarah Wilkinson<\/a><\/span>, to start). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2024\/6\/25\/julian-assange-is-free-wikileaks-founder-freed-in-deal-with-us\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Assange was freed<\/span><\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c78lgzl919go\">Telegram founder Durov arrested<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/meta-bans-rt-other-russian-state-media-outlets-foreign-interference-activity\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">RT, Sputnik and all Russian state media banned<\/span><\/a> on Meta platforms. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/russia-deliberately-slows-down-anti-russian-youtube\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">YouTube is throttled in Russia<\/span><\/a>. Hillary Clinton would want to see people jailed for any positive comment on Russia. <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CS6L28xZu24\">Larry Wilkerson had a choice world for her<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>We probably will not see an end to the genocide this quarter<\/strong>: Yes, it is off the table. The <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/caitoz\/status\/1837481792888070651\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Biden administration has been cosplaying at efforts for a ceasefire<\/span><\/a> (a phone call is all it would take). Bibi is doing his worst to try to draw the US into a war against all the Resistance factions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>A voyage toward a real crossroads moment wherein there will be no turning back for any person or group who would have to make choices about their direction in life<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/sonar21.com\/ukraine-and-israel-following-the-same-playbook-but-uncle-sam-doesnt-want-to-play\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Israel just made that choice<\/span><\/a> by seeking to create a buffer zone in southern Lebanon. The same is true of Zelenskyy re: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moonofalabama.org\/2024\/09\/ukraine-zelinskis-victory-plan-charade.html\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">drawing in NATO<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\"><strong>Looks to be a testing and trying quarter for the<\/strong> <strong>masses<\/strong>: There were extreme weather events \u2013 <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2024_Persian_Gulf_floods\">Persian Gulf floods<\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2024\/09\/16\/weather\/storm-boris-floods-europe-intl\/index.html\">Storm Boris in Europe<\/a><\/span>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/europe\/comments\/1e0xodg\/temperature_anomaly_forecast_for_europe_12_to_19\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">extreme heat in Southern and Central Europe<\/span><\/a>, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Weather_of_2024\">and others<\/a><\/span>. <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@servifyspheresolutions\/biggest-it-outage-in-history-microsoft-glitch-disrupts-worldwide-flights-banks-and-broadcasters-57dbb690b4e8\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The biggest IT outage in history<\/span><\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2024_Hajj_extreme_heat_disaster\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The Hajj disaster<\/span><\/a>. <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.visionofhumanity.org\/highest-number-of-countries-engaged-in-conflict-since-world-war-ii\/\">There are 56 ongoing wars across the world<\/a>,<\/span> the highest number since WWII.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">The powers-that-be will try their hardest to keep the truth from us in the West, while <strong>the East and the Global South are looking to the future, with or without the West<\/strong>: The West is mired in its current wars (Israel and Ukraine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visionofhumanity.org\/highest-number-of-countries-engaged-in-conflict-since-world-war-ii\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">North American has seen the largest regional decline<\/span><\/a> in recent years. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globaltimes.cn\/page\/202405\/1313240.shtml\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">China is leading the charge<\/span><\/a> for the Global South. An example is <a href=\"https:\/\/alethonews.com\/2024\/09\/23\/the-russia-china-grains-corridor-will-completely-displace-the-us-canada-australia-and-france\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">the Russia-China grain corridor<\/span><\/a>, highly favoured by BRICS nations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">There are a few people and corporations making huge profits off the current conflicts. At the same time it points to stock market bubbles, too, coupled with the Sun\/Neptune, the latter giving the illusions needed to push a stock to its apex before a selloff: <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240818132048\/https:\/fortune.com\/2024\/08\/18\/august-stock-market-fiasco-stark-red-flag-mark-spitznagel-black-swan-hedge-funder\/\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">There has been marked instability in the stock market last quarter<\/span><\/a> (archived).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">What sort of \u2018intensive and dramatic changes\u2019 are we likely to see, then, given the events just recounted? Given the extreme out-of-bounds of Ceres, co-involved with Mars and the nodes we can expect a real \u2018crossroads moment\u2019, where serious decisions and readjustments will have to be made. We can expect upsets on the battlefields of the world. Along with thaty we can expect some rather brutal moments over the next months. The Empire is receding and that means the powers that be within the Empire will do all they can to attempt to maintain it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">We can expect the fall of some leaders, as well as new ones arising. We see increasing tensions in Europe, while the leadership in Asian nations looks to be solidifying and moving ahead. The election in the US comes in this quarter. Given the candidates, we can expect an electoral upset in the US.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">World militaries will feature strongly in this quarter, driving political changes. Ukraine will become ever-weaker, while Russia is increasingly in the driver\u2019s seat. In West Asia both Israel and the collective West are throwing their reputations to the four winds as the genocide continues, and with Israeli efforts to expand the conflict to encompass several fronts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">The European public is showing growing discontent with its opaque leadership in Brussels, with clear disconnects between the public and leaders in clear evidence. Eastern Europe is driving a growing rebellion in the ranks of the EU, while in Western Europe the leaders there are showing themselves to be irrelevant, yet antithetical to the needs of their constituents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">What we have in all the above is a world at the crossroads, with leadership under scrutiny in the West, leaders forging forward in the East, nations acting in their self-interest as their state apparati seek to survive while the public demands the same governments attend to public needs instead of adventures abroad. Apparent to all now is the colonialist-imperialist mind set of Western powers (including Israel, which is a European project) on full display.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: book antiqua, palatino;\">It is apparent that change is going to have to be forced at the international level. For individuals it is time to weigh matters carefully if there are changes needed in one\u2019s life, and then to act decisively on the choices thus made. Libra is known for its emphasis upon choice.
