The 21 Sep 2025 partial solar eclipse

On the 21st of September 2025 a partial solar eclipse will take place over the South Pacific. This is the last of three lunations in Virgo, making this also an astrological blue new moon. The eclipse also ushers in the Libra equinox. Kiwis should get a good view of the eclipse, with the maximum view at Invercargill, South Island. If you happen to be in Antarctica at the time the maximum eclipse will be visible at the Mario Zucchelli Station. This is a south node eclipse, with the major mundane effect being that of bringing hard realities to earth with a hard thump. The 7 Sep 2025 total lunar eclipse

On the 7th of September 2025 there will be a total lunar eclipse. It will be visible over all of Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania in varying degrees, with the maximum eclipse centered in the Indian Ocean below the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent.
